Trevor Montano, CFA is the founder and managing member of West Potomac Capital LLC, an alternative asset management firm based in Arlington, Virginia.
Prior to founding West Potomac Capital, he spent 20 years working in investment banking as Executive Director of the Investment Banking Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at UBS, Director at FIG Citi, and Managing Director at Moelis & Co.
During his time on Wall Street, he provided financial advice and capital raising services for financial institutions. He also spent three years in the public sector as the chief investment officer of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Ardavan Mobasheri is an accomplished corporate figure with advanced financial and economic experience.
Currently the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of ACIMA Private Wealth, the Founding Principal of Corporate Economic Strategy Advisors LLC, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Richmond.
Ardavan earned various academic degrees, including a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, an M.S. in Financial Engineering from New York University, a PhD-ABD in Economics from the City University of New York Graduate Center, and a M.S. in Economics from Queens University.
Ajmal (AJ) Hachim is currently a Vice President at Berkshire Global Advisors, a boutique investment bank that provides Mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory services to clients in the financial services and financial technology sectors.
Prior to Berkshire, he held analyst and associate roles at Accenture, Kerburn Rose and Marlin & Associates. AJ graduated from George Mason University in 2013 with a B.S. in Finance.
Alifia Doriwala currently serves as the CO-CIO of The Rock Creek Group’s OCIO, Multi Asset Class Solutions. She has more than 15 years of expertise in investment banking and equities management.
Alifia began her career at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst before joining Wolverine Trading as an Equity Arbitrage Researcher.
Graduating from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Economics and English and later earning a M.B.A. in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at the New York University.
John Phaup is a financial advisor, foundation trustee, thought leader, and adjunct professor with nearly 30 years of expertise.
He is the author of the canonical work on Cash Flow Agencies, and consulting a limited number of organizations, presenting talks and seminars on Cash Flow Agencies and the three pillars of philanthropic wealth management.
John earned an MBA from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in public affairs from the University of Southern California.
