COMPETITION RULES
Teams must select ONE common stock equity to pitch for the competition. Details are below:
- Students are limited to the common stock of a firm (No ETFs, preferred stock)
- No Penny Stocks or Cryptocurrency
- Maximum team size: 3 students
- All students on a team must compete in the same tier
- All students on a team must pitch the same equity
ALPHA & BETA
TIER GUIDELINES
- Beta Tier teams are required to submit a list of three equities by October 17th for approval
- Stock Pitch will be 10 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A
- Teams will be asked to submit the company name of their selected equity on TBD
Description & Business Model
This section should include a description of the company and its products and services. Students should convey their understanding of the company’s economics, including a discussion of the key drivers of revenues and expenses
Competitive Advantage & Growth Opportunities
This section should describe a condition or circumstance that puts your selected firm in a favorable business position as compared to competitors, in addition to addressing markets that your selected firm has massive growth potential
Risk
This section should list and analyze various reasons that may threatens company’s ability to achieve its financial goals

- Students Are Limited To Equities In The S&P 500
Financial Ratios & Valuation Metrics
This section should convey the quantitative analysis conducted by the students. These metrics should reveal why the security is undervalued and has a strong growth potential.
